Is there a registration or entry cost?
No.

How do I register?
Visit www.coke.co.nz and complete the online registration form.

What will my registration do?
You will gain access to COKE Dome. Plus, it will activate status updates and imagery to your social media page.

Will I receive my wristband for entry before the event?
No, you will need to visit one of the COKE Dome days and head for our pre-registered line at our registration tent to get your wristband.

Will the events be in other areas other than currently advertised?
Not at this stage.

What time does the event start and finish?
10/12/11 - COCA COLA CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK, Auckland Domain, 2pm - 7pm
2/01/12 & 3/01/12 - Main Beach, opposite Moturiki Island, Mt Maunganui , 1pm - 6pm
5/01/12 - Williamson Park, Whangamata, 1pm - 6pm
18/02/12 & 19/02/12 - Vellenoweth Green, St Heliers, Auckland, 1pm - 6pm
All sites will be closed to the public pre and post event times.

Will the event go ahead if it's raining?
Unless we experience extreme weather conditions, the event is likely to go ahead.

What happens if it's postponed?
Notifications will be notified via social media websites.

Is there parking?
No, however general public parking within the vicinity.

Can I register on-site?
Yes, although you will be given priority if you register online.

Are there limited numbers?
Yes, the internal experience inside the COKE Dome is limited to 2500 people per event.

Is there a limit to pre registration numbers?
At each event there will be a maximum of 1000 pre registrations.

Are there any limitations to my pre registration?
If you do pre register, then you must be at the COKE Dome before 3.30pm on the day you have registered for otherwise your pre reserved place will be released.

Can I go to more than one event?
Yes.

If I register for one event and do not attend, can I attend another event?
Yes.

If I go to more than one event, can I use the same wristband?
Yes.

What happens if I lose my wristband?
It will be replaced by the event team. The band that is lost is cancelled out in the system and replaced with the new RFID band.

Can I bring my friends, even if they have not registered?
Yes, although they will be required to register on-site to enter the COKE Dome.

Can I register for my friends?
No.

How many people are given access to the COKE Dome?
2500 per day.

Is there an age limit?
Yes, you must be over 14 to enter the COKE Dome unless accompanied by an adult or guardian over the age of 18 years.

Is there a dress code?
No.

Can I buy food, drinks or alcohol?
No.

Can I bring food, drinks or alcohol?
COCA COLA product will be available. BYO food is permitted outside the COKE Dome.
The COKE Dome events are alcohol free.

Will there be eftpos?
No.

How long will the COKE Dome activities take to experience?
Approximately 20 minutes.

Can I win anything?
Yes.

What activities are there to do inside?
Various kinds of interactive electronic based entertainment.

Are the activities dangerous?
No. There will be strobe lighting.

Is there any entertainment?
Yes, live music during the event outside the COKE Dome.

Can I take photos inside the dome?
Yes.

Can I leave the COKE Dome at any time?
Yes.

Can I bring my dog?
No animals are permitted on-site.

Will there be somewhere to leave my bike / skateboard?
No.

COKE SUMMER JUMP

Can I jump with a friend?
Only one person is permitted to jump at a time

Can I wear my jandles?
No footwear of any kind can we worn when jumping

How high is the jump?
You jump from a 3m height but the fall is only 1.8m

Is it safe to jump?
It is safe to jump if you follow the recommended jump procedure

Can I do a flip?
No it is our goal to make sure everyone walks away harm free to make sure this happens everyone must follow the jump procedure

Can I jump more than once?
Yes but you must line up in the queue

What happens in the unlikely event of an injury?
We have first aid on site
