Q: I am logged in but not being recognised!

A: This is a fairly common problem and usually occurs becuase your browser is blocking cookies, which is stopping the site from recognising you once logged in. To fix this, in your browser, click 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'Privacy' and lower the security setting to allow cookies. Close your browser and reopen it, come back to the Coke site and try logging in again.

If this still doesn’t solve the problem, try clearing your computers cache as old pages may be being stored on your computer, stopping the 'logged in' versions from being displyed. You can clear your cache by clicking (in your browser) 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' then click the button 'delete files' under temporary internet files. Refresh the site and try logging in again. 

Q: I can't remember my password!

A: Open up the Coke Pass login panel (if it isn’t already) by clicking on the box to the left, then click the link that says 'forgotten password?'. This will go to a page where you can put your e-mail address and be sent a reminder of your password.

Q: What is Coke Pass?

A: Coke Pass is your ticket to everything cool online @ coke.co.nz. It lets you access all the competitions, promotions & exclusive content. Your Coke Pass consists of a login name and password which you enter into the Coke Pass panel under the main navigation each time you visit the site.

Q: How do I get a Coke Pass?

A: It's really easy. Simply click the 'register' button on the Coke Pass panel under the main navigation to get started. You will be taken to the Coke Pass registration form where you put in your details. Make sure you enter your correct details as this will determine such things as where your prizes are sent to.

Q: Can I get a Coke Pass if I am an international visitor?

A: Absolutely. On the Coke Pass registration form, simply choose 'overseas' in the region filed. As an international member you will not be eligible for competitions, but can still access all the Coke Pass areas.
