You are only able to register to get 3 free glasses from the Coca‑Cola range once per 24 hours period (commencing from the time you txt ‘DRIVER’ to 345 and ending 24 hours later) during the Promotion Period. Drinks are only able to be redeemed at participating outlets. A list of participating outlets can be found at https://www.coke.co.nz/driver/.
In order to participate in the Promotion you must:

The Promotion commences on 1st November 2021 at 12.01am and ends on 31st January 2022 at 11.59pm unless otherwise extended, suspended or cancelled by the Promoter in its sole discretion (‘Promotion Period’).
In order to participate in the Promotion you must:
be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration;
be a resident of New Zealand; and
own a smartphone with available text and internet access capabilities.
STEP 1: Text the short code ‘DRIVER’ to 345. Please note that sending and receiving text messages may attract a network carrier fee.
STEP 2: When you text the short code to 345, you will receive a text message with a link to a mobile site to register to get three (3) free glasses from the Coca‑Cola range from participating outlets.
STEP 3: To complete the registration process for the vouchers via the mobile site you will be required to:
provide your name, a valid email address and select the venue that you are visiting from the drop-down list; and

In order for you to redeem a voucher within the mobile site you will need to:
Tap on one of the 3 non-redeemed vouchers to activate it.
Once activated, show your phone to the bartender before clicking the ‘REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER NOW’ button.
You need to ensure that you only press the ‘REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER NOW’ button when the bartender is looking at your phone.
Once the ‘REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER NOW’ button has been pushed an on-screen countdown will be initiated. Once counted down the voucher image will be updated to be shown as ‘ VOUCHER REDEEMED’.
Repeat the above process for each voucher redemption, up to the available maximum of three (3) vouchers.
The Promoter may use the name entered in the ‘Your Name’ field of registered participants on the COCA‑COLA Designated Driver platform on live digital screens in the Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch and Wellington CBD. This could be used at the time of registration or the time of drink voucher redemption.
Bartenders may deny redemption and/or refuse service to any Participant who in their reasonable opinion:
is, or reasonably appears to be, intoxicated;
is otherwise acting in a manner which is contrary to the venue’s patron conduct rules; or
is seeking to abuse or undermine the intention or execution of the Promotion.
Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the participating venue’s liquor serving policy. The Promoter advocates the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to visit https://drinkwise.org.au/ to get the facts on standard drinks and responsible drinking.
The Promoter has a zero tolerance policy on harassment of any form, racism, and offensive behaviour and language. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any Participant breaching this policy at their absolute discretion.
The Participant will receive on screen confirmation of their voucher being redeemed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any mis-use of the mobile app where redemption is activated unintentionally, or where messages that are lost or delayed while sending, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
If for any reason the administration, security, fairness, integrity, conduct or operation of this activity is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to act of God; any act of a public enemy, war, civil unrest, or act of military authority; fire, flood, earthquake, landslide, or other elements of nature; any strike, lockout or other labour dispute; any act of a third party engaged in terrorist activity or sabotage; vandalism; tampering; power failures; computer bugs or viruses; unauthorised intervention; fraud or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
to remove any Participant; and/or
as appropriate, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel; or recommence this activity.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, computer equipment, software or any other error or malfunction. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this activity, although the Promoter will always endeavor to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its directors, shareholders, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and Promotional agencies) its related companies (the Related Parties) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, or loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this activity, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following:
any negligence of a Relevant Party;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any registration that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or
