Promotion
1. Coca-Cola is offering MyCoke members the chance to win two tickets to see the new movie, Molly's Game. The “Be in to win a pair of Molly's Game tickets” promotion gives you a chance to win one of 20 double passes (the Promotion).
How to Enter
2. Only Members can participate in this Promotion.
3. Points can be entered for this Promotion from 12.00am Monday 15 January until 11.59pm Sunday 28 January 2018 (the Promotion Period).
4. 1 Point = 1 entry. Enter as many times as you like during the Promotion Period, up to the maximum balance of Points in your Account.
5. These Prize specific terms and conditions sit alongside the MyCoke Programme Terms and Conditions.

6. There are twenty (20) double passes to be won to see Molly's Game (a Molly's Game Ticket Prize) valued at $37 each. Seating is subject to availability.
7. The Molly's Game Ticket Prizes are not valid on public holidays, after 5pm on Saturdays, cinema discount days or at private sessions. Please check with your local cinema for details about discount days.
8. The Prize draw will take place on Monday 29 January 2018.
9. The first twenty (20) entries drawn at the end of promotion period will be deemed to be winners of a Molly's Game Ticket Prize.
10. The winner will be notified via the e-mail address or mobile number registered in the winner’s Account. The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails due to the winner’s SPAM filters or e-mail settings.
Prize Conditions
11. If a winner does not reply to the Promoter within ten (10) working days of notification of being the Molly's Game Ticket Prize winner, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner of the Molly's Game Ticket Prize Ticket Prize from the eligible participants on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
12. The Molly's Game Ticket Prize vouchers are valid from Thursday 1 February 2018 and are valid until Monday 30 April 2018, or until film is no longer in participating cinemas, whichever is earliest.
13. The film is rated R13 for violence, drug use and offensive language. Those accompanying the winner must be 13 years or older to watch this movie.
14. Vouchers will be sent directly to winners at the postal address registered in the winner’s MyCoke account.
15. Each Molly's Game Ticket Prize is redeemable for two (2) general admission adult ticket at all cinemas nationwide in New Zealand but cannot be redeemed for 3D, Reading Titan XC, Premium or Gold Lounge Sessions, Event Cinema Goldclass, Deluxe Cinemas, or VMAX, Hoyts Lux and D-box.
16. Ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, saleable or redeemable for cash.
17. If, for any reason, any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a similar prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winner in lieu of this Prize.
18. This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and individuals (including an individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
20. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and Coca-Cola Amatil (N.Z.) Limited and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion or Prize, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a person’s rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) (the “Non-Excludable Rights”).
