WIN TICKETS TO FRONTIER TOURING CONCERTS IN NZ

Promotion

1.    The “Be in to win tickets to Frontier Touring concerts in NZ” promotion (the Frontier Touring Concert Prize) gives you a chance to win a double pass to one of seven concerts coming to New Zealand in Summer 2017/2018 (the Promotion). The best bit is you get to choose which draw you’d like to enter. 

How to Enter

2.    Only Members can participate in this Promotion.
3.    Points can be entered for this Promotion from 12.00am Monday 18 September 2017 until 11.59pm Sunday 25 March 2018 (the Promotion Period).
4.    1 Point = 1 entry. Enter as many times as you like during the Promotion Period, up to the maximum balance of Points in your Account.

Prize

5.    There are multiple concerts and concert locations to choose from and winners will be drawn throughout the Promotion Period, each winning a Frontier Touring Concert Prize. The artists and locations to choose from are:

Prize Draws

6.    There are 5 double passes to be won for each of the concert dates and artists in the table above except for Shawn Mendes who has 10 double passes to be won and The Killers who have 2 double passes to be won.
7.    The Prize draws will take place on the following dates:
a)    Migos – Thursday 5 October 2017;
b)    Shawn Mendes – Monday 6 November 2017;
c)    Drake – Wednesday 25 October 2017
d)    Foo Fighters - Monday 15 January 2018;
e)    Ed Sheeran, Auckland – Monday 5 March 2018;
f)    Ed Sheeran, Dunedin – Monday 5 March 2018;
g)    James Blunt – Monday 12 February 2018;
h)    The Killers - Monday 26 March 2018.
8.    The first five entries drawn for Migos, Drake, Foo Fighters, Ed Sheeran Auckland, Ed Sheeran Dunedin and James Blunt will be deemed to be winners of a Frontier Touring Concert Prize.
9.    The first ten entries drawn for Shawn Mendes will be deemed to be winners of a Frontier Touring Concert Prize.
10.    The first two entries drawn for The Killers Auckland and The Killers Wellington will be deemed to be winners of a Frontier Touring Concert Prize.
11.    The Frontier Touring Concert Prizes will be sent directly to winners at the postal address registered in the winner's MyCoke account.
12.    The winners will be notified via the e-mail address or mobile number registered in the winner’s Account. The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails due to the winner’s SPAM filters or e-mail settings.

Prize Conditions

13.    The Frontier Touring Concert Prizes exclude travel and accommodation.
14.    The Promoter will not be liable to any person if the event is postponed or cancelled.
15.    If a winner does not reply to the Promoter within three (3) days of notification of being a Frontier Touring Concert Prize winner, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner of a Frontier Touring Concert Prize from the eligible participants on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
16.    If a winner does not wish to claim a Frontier Touring Concert Prize, they may nominate another person to whom their Prize can be transferred. However, The Frontier Touring Concert Prize may not be re-sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, charity fundraising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the winner(s) or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
17.    If the winner is under 18 years of age at the start of the promotion, one of their companions must be a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older. Other companions of the winner can be any age.
18.    Prior to being declared the winner of a Frontier Touring Concert Prize, the winner may be required to sign a "Participation Agreement" in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry; accepting the Terms and Conditions relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize; releasing the Promoter, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with this promotion and/or the Frontier Touring You Choose Prize.
19.    Taking a Frontier Touring Concert Prize is also subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of any / services / transfers / ticket providers, and in particular, any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements.  No compensation will be payable if the winner or his/her companions are unable to use any element of the Prize as stated for whatever reason, including ejection, refusal of entry into the event for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any tickets or vouchers issued as part of the Prize are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use, are only valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets or vouchers issued, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
20.    The winner will be bound by the conditions of entry governing the venue(s) in which the concert(s) or event(s) is being held and agrees to follow and respect any direction of the Promoter, Frontier Touring, their authorised agents and/or the venue.
