Westfield Christmas Promo T&C's

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Entry relate to the “Coca-Cola Merry Cash-mas!” promotion brought to you by Westfield NZ Limited (Westfield) and Coca-Cola Amatil (N.Z.) Limited (CCA) (the Promoter). 

  2. This Promotion opens at 12:00 am on Monday 30 November 2020 and ends at 11:59 pm on Sunday 20 December  2020 (Promotion Period). Entries will not be accepted outside the Promotion Period. 


ENTRY

  1.  Buy any drink from the Coca-Cola range with any meal from a participating Westfield Food Court outlet (Qualifying  Purchase) during the Promotion Period and receive an entry card from the store cashier containing a unique code  (while stocks last). Participating outlets will be identified by the display of promotional material. 

  2. To participate in this Promotion, you must be a New Zealand resident aged 14 years or over.

  3. One (1) Qualifying Purchase equals one (1) entry. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.  

  4. Each unique code can be entered only once. 

  5. Send the unique code as a text message to ‘381’ to enter. You may enter using any NZ mobile phone  (021/022/027/029). Standard network rates apply, typically 20c. Text charges may not be covered by text-inclusive packages, check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering via text. You will receive a text message back confirming your entry. 

  6. You may enter a maximum of three (3) entries per day. 

  7. The Promoter is not responsible, and will not be liable, for any late, lost, incorrect, or misdirected text entries, or any  text or entries not received by the Promoter, or for unreadable unique codes. 

  8. The Promoter does not guarantee and is not responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. 

  9. The Promoter’s employees, all employees or contractors of associated companies (including participating Westfield outlets) and agencies of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.  

  10. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

 

PRIZES

  1. There are twenty (20) $1,000 cash prizes to be won in this Promotion (each, a Prize) – five (5) prizes per Westfield centre (Albany, St Lukes, Manukau, Riccarton).  

  2. All 20 winners will be drawn on Monday 21 December (Preliminary Winning Entries) by random selection from all entries received during the Promotion Period. If your code is drawn, you will be the preliminary winner of one of the $1,000 cash Prizes. 

  3. If an entry is deemed a Preliminary Winning Entry, then you will be sent a text message saying that you have been drawn as a preliminary winner. Once the Promoter has confirmed that you meet all eligibility criteria, you will be confirmed as a Prize winner and will be sent details outlining how to redeem your Prize. 

  4. The $1,000 cash Prizes are not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable. Each Prize is to be awarded to the registered owner of the mobile phone from which the unique code is sent. 

  5. If a Prize winner does not get in touch with the Promoter within ten (10) days of notification of being a preliminary winner, or if the Preliminary Winning Entry does not meet all eligibility criteria, that preliminary winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Prize will be redrawn.  

  6. Once the winner has been verified, the winner will be sent a direct credit authorisation form, which the winner is to complete with their bank account and contact details and return to The Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable to any person for errors supplied on this form that lead to the incorrect transfer of funds. 

  7. Each Prize will be deposited, via direct credit, into the winner’s bank account within 20 working days from confirming their bank account details. 

  8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant winning a Prize.  Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice. 

 

GENERAL 

  1. Prizes must not be sold or used, donated or given away as part of another promotion.

  2. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize to you if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, you have breached these terms and conditions or have gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion. 

  3. Entry into the Promotion is deemed authority from you to Vodafone, Spark and 2Degrees to release your phone number(s) to the Promoter (or its agent). By entering a unique code, you consent to the Promoter contacting you at the contact details provided regarding any Prizes won. Page 1 of 2 - Classified - Public Use 

  4. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  5. Any person suspected of cheating (in the opinion of the Promoter) through the manipulation of entry, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any fraudulent or dishonest way, (in the opinion of the Promoter), will be removed from this Promotion and damages may be sought.  

  6. The Promoter collects your personal information in order to conduct this Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this Promotion. All personal information provided by you will be held for the Promoter at Farrimond Ltd, Level 1, 5 Eglon Street, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand or such other place as is notified to you on request. Your personal information will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the  Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed here: https://www.ccamatil.com/privacy-policy. Under the Privacy  Act 1993 (or any replacement Act from time to time), you have the right to access and correct your personal information. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below. The Promoter will destroy all personal information within a reasonable period of time following the Prize is claimed. 

  7. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry where reasonably required.
