If you’re planning to join your friends and family at Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park on Saturday 26th November at 7.30 pm, be sure to plan your journey and allow plenty of time to minimize delays travelling to the concert.

Road Closure

Road closure on Park Terrace between Dorset Street and Bealey Avenue to be installed on event night from 5.00 pm to 11.30 pm. This will include a lane drop on Carlton Mill Road and Park Terrace and a turning lane closure on Bealey Avenue.

A detour will be in place for northbound traffic on Park Terrace, right onto Salisbury Street to Montreal Street, up Montreal Street to Bealey Avenue.

A detour for southbound traffic on Carlton Mill Road will be in place, left onto Bealey Avenue, right onto Durham Street South, right onto Kilmore Street.

Parking

There will be no general public parking in Hagley Park. The Botanic Gardens car park will be closed to incoming traffic from 3pm on Saturday 26 November 2016, with the exception of mobility card holders.

Drop-Off Zone

A drop-off zone will be available on Park Terrace and Harper Ave.

Getting There

There is no access to Hagley Avenue from Moorhouse Avenue, Lincoln Road or Grove Road.

Mobility Parking

Mobility Parking will be located in the Botanic Gardens carpark with access via the Armagh Street Bridge entrance for mobility cardholders only.

Pedestrian Access

Where possible please keep to the pathways around the park to maintain safety.

Rubbish And Recycling

You will once again have the opportunity to dispose of your recyclables so look out for the recycling bins throughout the park. Please use the correct bins provided - Rubbish and Recycling. Make a positive difference.

Postponement

If weather prevents Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park from proceeding, it will be postponed until 7.30pm Sunday 27th November. If it is not possible to run on Sunday Coca‑Cola Christmas in the Park will be cancelled. Please listen to 92.1 MORE FM for details.

No “hawkers” or unauthorized sellers of goods allowed at the venue.
